Personality Questionnaire - OPQ 32

These questionnaires are designed to provide information on the typical behaviour within work & similar situations. The OPQ measures 32 personality traits & how & in what way they impact the way people work. In addition to the personality traits, depending on the depth of information required, reports can be produced that report on the following additional elements;

  • Belbins team roles.
  • Leadership styles.
  • Stress report.
  • Competency assessment.

Occupational Testing (ability tests)

These tests are designed to measure core reasoning abilities. The tests cater for an ability range from those with no formal qualifications through to those of GCSE/O'level, O'level & graduate standard. The types of tests include;

  • Verbal reasoning.
  • Numerical reasoning.
  • Spatial awareness.
  • Motivational questionnaires.

Assessment Centre design/facilitation

resourcing are also licensed & trained to design & facilitate assessment & development centres. We are experienced in designing bespoke assessment exercises for clients & can select, administer & score all 'off-the-shelf' SHL exercises.

Process & Timetable

  • Administration

    The test needs to be administered by a fully qualified OPQ tester, this takes between 30 minutes & 1 hour depending on the test.

  • Marking/Scoring

    Then the test needs to be marked which takes one hour.

  • Analysis

    The results need to be written into a report, which takes up to 2 hours.

Feedback/validation

resourcing feel that results of the personality questionnaire should not be relied upon without taking the opportunity to discuss/probe the results of the test with the candidate. As part of the service, resourcing will, therefore, design appropriate interview questions around the results of the personality questionnaire so that they can be validated. If this further validation is not required by the client, the results of the analysis will need to be professionally communicated to the individual which can be completed either in a face to face meeting, or over the telephone.
