Basic level of support to organisations with small numbers of employees & no internal hr support.
- One off HR audit (reviewing all existing systems and processes).
- Telephone support - 360 minutes per qtr (2 hrs per month).
- "Pay As You Go" HR administration: contracts, employment offer letters, discipline letters etc.
- "Pay As You Go" on site HR support.
- Policy development at set prices.
Standard with On-Site
Advanced level of offsite support with monthly onsite visit. Ideal to support small or inexperienced HR team.
- Annual hr audit.
- Mentoring and guidance to in house team.
- Telephone support - 720 minutes per quarter (4 hrs per month).
- On site monthly review ½ day per complete month.
- Policy development at set prices.
- Additional on site admin/support "Pay As You Go".
Advanced HR Support
Full and comprehensive strategic & operational support.
- Annual HR audit.
- Telephone & admin support - unlimited.
- On site monthly review from senior consultant ½ day.
- On site support - ½ day per week consultant surgery (can be consolidated).
- Up to 8 hrs per quarter emergency on site support at 2 hrs notice included.
