Essentially we search for, attract & select the best possible candidates for our clients within the shortest possible time scales, in markets where demand for candidates far exceeds supply. We do this by utilising highly evolved headhunting techniques to source top quality candidates. The role

The role of a Recruitment Consultant is fast paced & target driven as demand for our service is high. But ultimately recruitment is a people focused business & those Recruitment Consultants that succeed will combine a gift for communication & understanding people, with high levels of personal focus, self-motivation & commercial drive.

The Recruitment Consultant's emphasis is on developing close relationships with our established & newer clients whilst networking within candidate pools to identify, understand & evaluate people who will add value to our clients, whilst simultaneously achieving their own career objectives. To achieve this we make a high volume of calls & use a variety of questioning, interviewing, evaluating & influencing techniques to bring about a desired outcome. Hours can be long & the work intensive.

You

Of graduate calibre you will have had 3 years of previous work experience but not essentially as a Recruitment Consultant. Regardless of your background you will be able to demonstrate a track record of commercial success, emotional intelligence & highly evolved communication skills.
