This is a busy practice is a great high street location. Looking for a patient orientated optometrist who can offer expert clinical advice to a strong patient base. You will be the sole optom in a varied practice, working with the support of a Qualified Dispensing Optician and 3 well trained optical assistants. Testing times are led by patient needs, usually 25 minutes. As Optometrist your professional freedom is respected and valued in enssuting the patient's well being comes first.
The practice tests 4 days per week- including Saturdays- they can offer an additional day in one of their East London practices if you require full time hours.
As a company, this is a much respected high street opticians. There is scope to develop into busier practice or develop your skills clinically. The company provide ongoing CET support, as well as the possibility of sponsorship to those who want to study for further qualifications. There is scope within the company to develop towards pre-reg supervision or get involved in the co-ordination and delivery clinical training.
Salary to approx £45,000 p/a (full time equivalent) is dependent on experience. |
