Optometrist Referral Scheme - £500

 

At resourcing we are very fortunate to achieve a high number of referrals from optometrists who feel confident to recommend us to their fellow professionals.

We are grateful for any personal referrals and as such we would like to demonstrate our appreciation by offering you £500 for introducing any optometrist who takes a permanent position through resourcing with one of our many optical clients. We look forward to hearing from you.

 

Simply email/phone in the name of your referral and the area they work in.

The scheme works like this;

  1. Refer an optometrist by emailing or calling us with their name & the geographical area in which they live.
  2. Within 1 working day we will check our records & providing we are not already speaking to them about a role & they haven't been referred by someone else we will send you a simple referral form & a reference number.
  3. Fill out the form with some basic contact details, we acknowledge its receipt & at this stage we agree to pay you the referral fee if the optometrist is placed through us.
  4. You can choose to be kept in the loop about progress or choose not to if we agree that confidentiality will be compromised.
  5. We will contact you from time to time with the vacancies we are working on to increase your chances of referring an optometrist who is placed.
  6. We pay £50 to you when the optometrist you recommended completes 1 week.
  7. The remaining £450 once any rebate period with our client has successfully elapsed.

There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make, we are happy for you to keep on recommending as many applicants as you can. One fee applies per referral.

If someone else also refers the same applicant; to avoid any doubt when there is more than one referee, we will pay the person who first completed the referral form that leads to the placement, unless the referring parties agree to split the fee.

Please note we only pay referrals that lead directly to employment. For example: if someone was referred 6 months ago then applies to us or is directly headhunted and gains employment we would not pay a referral; as in this case the application or the headhunt led to the employment and not the referral.
