For any head hunting company I think it is important that people who are HAPPY are not moved needlessly or enticed due to any incentives with any position. This way when they do move they are more likely to come to you for help. This may not be instant but may take some months or longer.

Personally I would say you have been professional throughout, getting back to me promptly on all occasions about any queries.
You introduced me to various opportunities, I then chose the most suitable, although moving was not a definite decision at the beginning.
I was confident on interview technique, the only question I had concerns over was the " tell me something negative etc."  The point here to turn a negative into a positive. This question did come up and the discussion around this helped a great deal on the interview. Otherwise I had a strong interview as feedback suggests.
For me I believe the greatest help was around the negotiating of terms and conditions. I did not have the time to deal with this but you effectively put my point accross till compromise was reached on a number of issues. I have been happy with your efforts and feel I have got to know you a little also. This trust allows a major change to go smoothly.
